The Problem

Velocity Code is a fast-growing start-up, delivering UI/UX designs, marketing strategies and website/app development to its expanding client base. Having had a bad experience negotiating an office space with a 10+yr contract and a large deposit, he approached us wanting a flexible space which could adapt to their growing requirements.

The Solution

At IdeaSpace we want to help grow your business. After assessing Velocity Codes needs, we came up with a flexible month-to-month rolling contract for their permanent staff, with monthly Hot-Desk memberships for their mobile and freelance team. For their client meetings and pitches, our meeting rooms which are all AV equipped and bookable by the hour, worked out to be a good fit.
Being a start-up, budget and cashflow was tight and they wanted a simple way to manage their finance. With all our memberships, we take care of all the furniture, bills, cleaning, rates and all other associated costs; providing a simple fixed monthly cost with no erratic surprises!
Our priority is to remove all the extra admin behind renting a space, so you can focus on the fun bit; working on your business!
